Dear EUSD Families,
Golden Valley Health Centers (GVHC) invites all Empire School District students to visit their Immunization Hubs. Immunization Hubs are provided to the community to help keep students up-to-date with their age appropriate and school mandated immunizations. Please remember that all students need to have their vaccinations up to date, prior to the first day of school. This is a great opportunity to ensure your child's health and readiness for school.
The Immunization Hubs will be held throughout the year. However, due to the high demand, it is critical to schedule an appointment as soon as possible to ensure a timely slot. Non-GVHS patients are welcomed and most insurances are accepted.
