We know that many families may be facing changes or delays in their food benefits right now. If this is affecting your household, please know you are not alone. There are free food resources available all year in our community. Every family is welcome, and you do not need to meet any requirements or share personal information to receive help. These programs exist to make sure everyone has access to healthy food and support. There is no registration or paperwork required. Simply show up, and you will be welcomed with care.

Food Intiative of Greater Stanislaus, previously known as Inter-Faith Ministries, provides fruits, vegetables, and pantry staples to families across the county.

3. United Samaritans Foundation
United Samaritans Foundation serves free daily meals through their Mobile Lunch Truck and local food pantries.

4. EUSD & Second Harvest of the Greater Stanislaus Food Distribution
Did you know EUSD has a food distribution program? Thanks to the generosity of Second Harvest of the Greater Stanislaus, we’re able to provide fresh food to those who need it. Every 1st and 3rd Friday at Empire Elementary School, open to all EUSD families. Simply drive up to the front of the school and our friendly team will load the food into your car. We’re always grateful for volunteers! If you’d like to help, just arrive at the front of the school at 8:00 a.m. on distribution days!
