Hello Hughes Families,
Distribution of kits will start on Monday, January 10th. If you have a Glick student AND a Hughes student, you may pick up all kits at Hughes. One kit per student only.
Distribution at Hughes Elementary is as follows:
Monday, January 10, beginning at dismissal on the front corner of the lawn.
1:20 p.m.
2:05 p.m.
2:30 p.m.
4:30-5:30 p.m. (Pick up at Latchkey, in far parking lot.)
Tuesday morning, January 11, from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
This will allow morning carpool to finish and not delay student arrival to school.
Tuesday Afternoon Dismissal
1:20 p.m.
2:05 p.m.
2:30 p.m.
4:30-5:30 p.m. (Pick up in Latchkey, in far parking lot.)
Tables will be labeled by last name initial. You may pick up all kits for all kids at the same time. Please remember to keep social distance should there be a line.
If you are not able to pick up a test kit on Monday or Tuesday, starting Wednesday, they will be available in the school office. An adult must pick them up- no kits will be given to students. We have enough for every student and will not run out.
